A classic massage using a variety of techniques, including effleurage, petrissage, friction and tapotement. Swedish massage stimulates circulation, enhancing the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to cells while aiding the removal of metabolic waste. This promotes physical healing, reduces muscular tension, and supports overall relaxation. It is particularly effective for alleviating stress and anxiety, helping clients feel rejuvenated, balanced, and mentally refreshed.
Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure to target deeper layers of muscles, tendons, and connective tissue. Combined with my CPD training in trigger point therapy and stretching, this technique helps release chronic tension, break down scar tissue and adhesions, and alleviate pain and stiffness. It also improves circulation and supports overall well-being. This massage targets tension in the back, neck, and shoulders using a combination of soft and deep pressure. It helps increase circulation, release muscular knots, and alleviate pain caused by posture, desk work, or daily activity. By loosening tight muscles over time, it promotes relaxation, improves mobility, and supports overall well-being. It is ideal for clients seeking relief from chronic tension or postural strain.
This massage targets tension and stress in the upper body, focusing on the head, neck, and shoulders. Using techniques such as trigger point therapy, finger and thumb massage, kneading, and stretching, it helps relax muscles, improve circulation, and stimulate the nervous system. The treatment promotes relief from built-up tension, leaving you feeling lighter, relaxed, and revitalised.

Kinesiology taping is a therapeutic technique designed to support muscles and joints without restricting movement. The elastic tape gently lifts the skin, which may help reduce pressure on sensitive tissues, enhance circulation and lymphatic drainage, and provide sensory input to assist with pain modulation and proprioception.
It may benefit muscle tightness, joint discomfort, swelling, postural strain, and minor soft tissue irritation.

Our mental health is essential for overall well-being. Anxiety, fear, and other stress-related emotions can overwork the nervous system, leading to increased heart rate, breathing difficulties, sleep disturbances, and digestive issues. Relaxation techniques help rebalance the nervous system, reduce tension, and restore calm.
I’ve also created a mini book with practical tips and exercises to support mental well-being, available in both e-book format on Amazon and as soft copies at the clinic.
